Operations Manager (Ref: RSD/OM)

• Degree or above in Social Work or other related discipline with management experience in residential and rehabilitation service field
• Ability to oversee the planning & implementation of psychosocial, nursing and para-medical services, and monitoring the daily service operation of the unit
• Qualities of flexibility and adaptability to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization
• Good team player yet with abilities to work independently and initiatives
• Build up community networks with external significant stakeholders and mobilize available resources for the benefits of service
• Aligning the staff with the Christian Vision, Mission and Core Values of the Haven of Hope

Advanced Practitioner (Nurse) (Ref: RSD/AP(N))

• Holder of valid certificate of registration and practising certificate issued by the Nursing Board of Hong Kong
• At least 2 years managerial & supervisory experience
• To assist the Operations Managers in managing the nursing team & clinical operations, and driving the development of nursing care
• Area(s) of clinical expertise in relation to Long Term Care or Service with Intellectually Disabled preferred
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills

Assistant Operations Manager (Ref.: CSE I/AOM)

• Social work degree or above with at least 5 years of relevant experiences
• Social work degree or above with at least 5 years of relevant experiences
• Assist Operations Manager / Operations General Manager in staff management, team building, overall planning, implementation, development and evaluation of the District Elderly Community Service
• Deliver direct professional practice in services and case management with the service users and their families/ carers

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Accredited assessor of MDS-HC is a preference

Purchasing Officer (Ref.: SSO/PO/R)

• A university degree in Purchasing / Supply Management or a relevant discipline
• A minimum of 3 years' solid relevant working experience in purchasing; inventory management, and analytical reporting
• Strong analytical, excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure, independent and as part of a team
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Full-time / Part-time Enrolled Nurse / Health Promotion Officer (Ref: PHS(CH)FT/PT EN/HPO)

• Holder of valid Enrolled Nurse certificate of registration and practising certificate issued by the Nursing Board of Hong Kong or the equivalent
• 2 years or above post-qualification experience
• Provide health check and screening services, conduct health groups and talks, and deliver health promotion and education programs in collaboration with other health and social work professionals
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Initiative and independent ; possess computer literacy
• Candidates without nursing qualifications may also apply provided they are able to perform the core duties as specified above
