Operations General Manager (Ref: CSE I/OGM)

Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership, guidance as well as overseeing the strategic planning and service development of the community services for the elderly
- Overseeing and monitoring daily operations of a number of elderly community centers
- Ensuring the provision of quality service in alignment with the Christian Vision, Mission and Core Values and service philosophies of the Haven of Hope
- Requirements:
- Degree or above in social work & allied health related professional fields with solid experience in operating elderly community centres of which at least 8 years or above in management position
- Ability in people skills and in communication skills for interactions with diverse clientele and staff mix of different interests elderly care
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization
- Good team player yet with abilities to drive projects and initiatives
- Capacity to learn and to work well under multiple priorities and pressure
Advanced Practitioner (Nurse) (Ref: RSE I/APN)
- To assist the Home Manager in managing the nursing team and clinical operation as well as development of nursing profession in long term care
- Degree in Nursing or Health Care with relevant registration & practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Board of Hong Kong
- Minimum 5 years post-registration experience in a Nursing Home or a Hospital Geriatric Unit as Registered Nurse of which at least 2 years should have involved in management and administration duties
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal communication skills
Advanced Practitioner (Nurse) (RSE II/APN)
- To oversee the clinical operation and development of nursing profession in long term care
- To assist the Operation Manager in the implementation of the corporate policies and unit plans as well as drive the professional nursing development
- Degree in Nursing or Health Care with relevant registration & practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Board of Hong Kong
- Minimum 5-10 years post-registration experience in a Nursing Home or a Hospital Geriatric Unit as Registered Nurse of which at least 3 years should have involved in management and administration duties
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal communication skills
Assistant Manager (Ref.: SSO/F/AM)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full set of finance and accounting functions including daily accounting functions; month/year end closing and preparation of financial reports;
- Coordinating with various departments and service units in budgeting, statutory audit and other audit assignments requested by funding bodies;
- Develop, implement and review financial policies, regulations and procedures;
- Co-ordinate IT Department and service units to enhance and streamline existing systems and processes;
- Assist in service tendering and financial models or projections for new services.
- Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting, member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience
- Self-motivated, well organized, detailed and strong analytical mind, logical thinking, problem solving skill and strong communication skills
- Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and under pressure in meeting tight deadlines
- Experience in computerized accounting environment with knowledge in Epicor Financials and insurance management would be a definite advantage
- Proficiency in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of English and Chinese
Assistant Manager (Ref.: SSO/AM)
- Degree holder in any discipline preferably in management
- Minimum 5 years administrative and managerial experience; experience in social service sector an advantage
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
- Mature, good interpersonal skills and initiative, problem solving skills and system thinking
- To provide executive support, corporate administrative and other managerial duties.
Facility Officer (Ref:SSO/FO)
- Higher Diploma or above in Engineering, Building Studies or related disciplines is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in building maintenance, renovation and supervising maintenance artisan.
- Preparing tender/ contract documents and reports as well as providing clerical and administrative support.
- Assist to liaise with consultants/contractors/suppliers/end-users for outsourced contract works.
- Monitoring and supervising repair & maintenance works.
- Assist to monitor site progress to ensure projects are completed up to standards and be on time.
System Administrator (Ref.: SSO/SA)

Responsibilities:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 3 years hands on experience in helpdesk and system administration
- Strong knowledge in VMware hypervisor, MS Windows Server, MS Exchange Server, Firewall, Network Security, Active Directory, VPN and networking.
- Holder of MCP/ MSCE/ CCNA with hand-on experience on Blade Server/ SAN Storage is an advantage
- Can work independently and a good team player
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Requirements:
- Monitor IT infrastructure including network, server configuration, reporting and incident resolution.
- Provide administration of Active Directory, MS Exchange Server and other internal IT systems.
- Perform installation, administration, maintenance and operation of various servers and networking, system monitoring and System Upgrade.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors / partners; provide daily helpdesk technical support to internal customers.
- Occasional on-site hardware and software installation/support for branch Service Unit
