• Aged 60/65 or above, whose physical condition is classified as “medium-to-severely damaged”
• Elderly who lack care during the day

• Provide enhanced home care, rehabilitative care service, day care, residential service, counselling service, social and recreational services
• Organise respite camps and health talks
• Promote community health
