How to promote the physical development of children?
Parents always hope that their children can grow up healthily. Here are the tips to strengthen the fitness, hands function, language and intelligence:
To train the physical development of the children in daily life:
- Train the balance and muscular function of children by walking stairs rather than using the lift
- Throw the rubbish ball to train the coordination of eyes and hands, as well as forming the habit of throwing rubbish into the rubbish bin
- Train the jumping and balance abilities by encouraging the children to jump on the mattress or ground by one leg or two legs
