Foots Care Tips for High Heel Shoes Wearers
- To wear those high quality shoes which are durable and with vibration- absorbed as well as non-slippery effects. If the heels are too high, the sole of the feet should have the feet arch design which does not make the pressure concentrate on the upper part of the feet sole.
- To have a hot compress or soak the feet into warm water for at least 5 minutes when get back to home after work. Also, ankle strengthening and relaxing exercises should be reinforced and foot massage is highly recommended.
- Ladies who need to walk for a long time a day are suggested to put a pair of flat shoes at office. By alternating with high-heeled shoes, the tiredness in foot will then be lessened.
- To do more exercises like stretching and releasing of the tendons.
- To purchase those shoes with more spaces inside so as to avoid the toes compressed together.
- To use the soft insoles for the feet in order to reduce the pressure.
