Tips of Preventing Heatstroke
- Attention should be paid to the room temperature and the ventilation of indoor work at very hot season. To wear caps and clothes which are light in colour and have good ventilation function while walking under the sun or playing sports.
- To drink more water or take cool drinks like lotus leaves water, green beans soup, winter melon soup with Job's Tears, rice bean, Eupatorium fortunei, etc. or eat water melon.
- To have a light diet and do not take heavy or greasy food, as well as avoid having drinks with caffeine, alcohol or too much sugar.
- To avoid playing sports or work under high temperature when you feel sick, sleep-deprived or feel hungry.
