
Last week we have talked about the first and second level of Physical Exercise Pyramid, we will continuous to introduce the other two levels this time.
3rd level: Stretching Exercise and Leisure Activities (Do it two to three times a week)
Push up, sit up, dancing, playing golf, etc.
Tips: Pay attention to the posture while doing some stretching exercises like sit up to avoid damage in muscles and bones. It is recommended to evaluate the physical fitness, health condition and time to decide the proper sport posture and volume, as well as seeking the advice from professionals or conducting a health check if necessary.
4th level: Static Activities (To do less)
Watching television, playing games or using the computer, sit for more than 30 minutes
Tips: Like take a walk after a meal, to read the newspaper or watch the television and do the exercises (for example: cycling machine, stepper) at the same time, to make use of the rest time to do the stretching exercise at office.
