Barrier-Free Learning Project

To help those children with developmental delays in the underprivileged families to have a proper training, the Haven of Hope has launched the “Barrier-Free Learning Project”. The project provides free early education and training service to children and parents including assessment, treatment and parental training, etc. which aims at helping the children to have a better development, to improve their learning ability and to strengthen the skills of the parents to care for their kids for a year. The growth of both children and parents is the optimum goal of the project.

Who We Serve

• Children aged 6 or below diagnosed with development delays,
• Without accepting any government-subsidized training like Early Education and Training Centre and
• Families must fulfill the salary criteria set by the Haven of Hope
