Home Integrated Service

Who We Serve

• Mentally- or physically-handicapped persons aged 15 or above (Home-based Training and Support Service)
• Mentally- or physically-handicapped people aged 6 or above (“Holiday Care” and Home Respite Service)
• Physically-handicapped persons aged 6-59 who are waiting for the “Home Integrated Service”

• Provide appropriate training, physiotherapy treatment and community support network for service users

• Provide care and catering service
• Organise social recreational activities

Home Respite Service

• Provide personal care service and activities

• Provide personal care, escort, home cleaning, catering and laundry services

Respite Care Service

Who We Serve

• Mentally-handicapped persons aged 6 or above (Haven of Hope Po Lam Day Activity Centre or Haven of Hope Sau Mau Ping Day Activity Centre)
• Mentally-handicapped persons aged 15 or above (Haven of Hope Ming Tak Day Activity Centre)
• People that do not injure themselves or others, nor bed-bound or in need of long-term nursing care

What We Serve

• Provide 24-hour dining and individual home care service assistance
• Arrange the regular taking of prescription medicine
• Organise individual training
• Provide a counselling and referral service

• Aged 15 or above, with an Hospital Authority referral certificate and the need of a rehabilitation service

• Provide fitness and skills training for physically disabled people
• Provide a counselling and support service

• Promote education and training for carers
• Promote community rehabilitation education
• Provide a respite service
