(1) Operations General Manager – Clinic Services (Ref: PHS/CS/OGM)  

Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership, guidance as well as overseeing the strategic planning, business development, operational requirements for health care services including Western and Chinese medicine clinics and its related charity services
  • Providing strategic support for continuous services development and innovation to enhance the primary care initiatives and changing needs in the community
  • Ensuring the provision of quality service in alignment with Haven of Hope Christian Service’s Vision, Mission and Core Values

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in nursing or allied health related professional disciplines is preferred and at least 8 years or above in management position

(2) Operations General Manager - Residential Services for the Disabled (Ref: RSD/OGM)

Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership, guidance as well as overseeing the strategic planning and operational requirements of the Operation
  • Overseeing and monitoring daily operations of a number of residential services for moderately to severely mentally handicapped persons

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in nursing, social work or allied health related professional fields are preferred with at least 8 years or above in management position
  • Ability in interpersonal skills and in communication skills for interactions with diverse clientele and staff mix of different interests
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization

(3) Operations Manager - Community Health Development Centers (Ref : PHS/CHD/OM)

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years working experience; preferable in Social Work or Community Health
  • Responsible for managing all day-to-day service operations, its related operational cost and staff issues as well as supervising process on the various team initiatives
  • Deliver direct professional practice in services and team coaching/ training as appropriate on case management in primary health care setting
  • Assist and facilitate team(s) in building up effective community networks with external stakeholders
  • Possess solid community health care service provisions and to promote primary health in HK on self-financing operations
  • Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and familiar in social media management

(4) Operations Manager - Rehabilitation Service (Ref : CRS/DSC/OM)

  • Degree holder or above in Social Work
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience or other related discipline with management experience in community setting and rehabilitation service field
  • Ability to oversee the planning & implementation of psychosocial, nursing and para-medical services, monitoring the daily service operation & project management of the District Support Centre
  • Qualities of flexibility and adaptability to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization

Operations Manager – Clinic Services (Ref : PHS/CS/OM)
Responsibilities

  • Manage the clinics operations and full P&L,  
  • Be responsible for maintaining and revamping the SOP for clinic operations,
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to meet corporate guidelines and development strategies,
  • Maintain excellent customer service level,  
  • Manage and improve clinical record management system effectively,
  • Train and coach frontline and motivate them to reach unit targets and agency VMV,
  • Align with the Vision, Mission and Core Values (VMV) of Haven of Hope Christian Service.

 Requirements

  • Degree holder or above with at least 7 years sound and solid clinic operations experiences; preferable health care management, medical sciences, health informatics, and record management, health technology, public health, nursing and other related health disciplines etc., Previous registered nursing experience is preferable. 
  • Good in planning and organizing, problem solving, system thinking and communication,
  • Mature, dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently,
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.



(6) Manager - Research & Development Section (Ref: SSO/CEOO/RM)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the development and operation of R&D projects in the organization, spanning elderly, rehabilitation and primary health domains
  • Work closely with the management to propose R&D initiatives in line with the organization’s development and formulate plans to increase the R&D capacity of the organization
  • Provide research-related advice to the management and service units
  • Liaise with external parties to explore and identify R&D initiatives and collaboration opportunities
  • Manage R&D projects from planning and execution of research study designs, data collection and analysis, to dissemination/presentation/publication of findings and any other relevant tasks conducive to the projects’ development
  • Formulate and implement risk management measures relevant to R&D projects and ensure compliance to safeguard corporate interests
  • Consolidate data collected from different R&D projects to create a data library for the organization

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree holder or above in nursing, public health, social sciences or related disciplines
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience of overseeing/managing research projects in the elderly, rehabilitation or primary health domains or any other relevant domains
  • Keen to work independently and initiate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders from different professions
  • Excellent project management skills to manage research activities
  • Skillful use of research software and other relevant computer software
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

(7) Assistant Manager - Communications & Resource Development (PR & Publications) (Ref: SSO/CRD/AM)

  • Responsible for writing, editing, proof reading corporate materials; monitoring and following up interviews and post publications; production of communication materials 
  • Enhance brand reputation and assist in handling crisis management
  • Bachelor degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, language or related discipline
  • 5 -10 years’ relevant experience, preferably in publications, copywriting, advertising and/or PR agency
  • Excellent command of Chinese writing skills a must. Fluency in English preferred
  • A role responsible for handling publications including internal and external newsletter, annual and interim reports, eDM, brochures, press release and speeches etc.
  • Effective multi-tasker with sharp eye to detail
  • A good team player, proactive and detail minded with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work under pressure.

) Deputy Home Manager (Ref : NH/DHM)

  • To assist the Home Manager in managing the operation of the Home as well as implementing the corporate policies
  • To oversee and ensure the clinical operation to be in high quality as well as to drive the continuous development of quality care service for elders
  • Degree in Nursing or other disciplines with relevant registration & practicing certificate
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ post-registration experience in home setting of which at least 2 years should have involved in management and administration duties
  • Strong leadership with serving heart and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English

(9) Assistant Operations Manager - Chinese Medicine (Ref : PHS/CM/AOM)

Responsibilities

  • Assist Operations General Manager in managing and developing health care services.  It includes but not limit to provision of sound financial, human and physical resources, and administrative management in achieving the objectives of CMCTR.
  • Implement effective internal control system and risk management for quality and safety aspect of the CMCTR.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with sound and solid relevant administrative and management working experiences for 3-5 years. At least 3 years of experience in managerial role and of which 2 years should be in clinical administration and personnel management. Previous registered nursing experience is preferable
  • Creativity in problem solving and demonstrate a positive response to changes
  • Ability to organise work in a busy working environment, meet all reporting requirement and

deadlines

  • Good command of written and spoken English, written Chinese and fluent Cantonese
  • Competency in different management domains such as patient relation, incident and emergency responses, health communication and promotion and etc.

(10) Assistant Operation Manager – SASHCC (Ref: SASHCC/AOM)

  • Degree holder or above, preferably in business administration, health service or hotel management
  • Overseeing the operation of facility management, venue & contract management of the Centre
  • Provide executive support to senior management for the development of the Extension Project of the Centre and the day-to-day operation of the administration department
  • Experience in residential setting is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years’ administrative and managerial experiences
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese

(11) Advanced Practitioner (Nurse) (Ref : NH/APN)

  • To assist the Home Manager to enhance professional practice/development through clinical teaching/instruction
  • To supervise Floor In Charge and monitor floor operations as well as nursing and personal care services
  • Strong leadership with good interpersonal communication skills
  • Degree in Nursing or Health Care, holder of valid certificate of registration and practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Board of Hong Kong
  • Minimum of 5 years’ post-registration experience in a Nursing Home or a Hospital Geriatric Unit
  • Mainly work during daytime and working location at Haven of Hope Nursing Home



(12) Advanced Practitioner (Social Worker) (Ref : CRS/DSC/APSW/SW)

  • Registered Social Worker in Hong Kong
  • A Master's degree in Social Work with minimum 5 years working experience in mental disability service; applicants with lesser experience would be considered for Social Worker position
  • Demonstrated ability in working in multi-disciplinary teams and strong believer of holistic care approach
  • Provide training, coaching and supervision to social workers
  • Compassion and sensitivity to people with mental disabilities in their various needs
  • High level of proficiency in Chinese and English, proficient in interpersonal and communication skills

) Physiotherapist (Ref: PHS/DHCE/PT)
Responsibilities:

  • To provide Physiotherapy services to service users of the DHC Express Scheme, including direct assessment, treatment, program planning & implementation; be responsible for related documentation, communication & reporting;
  • Conduct primary health promotion, education talk & provide direct patient education & coaching;
  • As an active member of the multi-disciplinary team and primary healthcare resource hub to engage related service stakeholder and discipline for primary health & chronic disease management;
  • Provide professional inputs in service planning and development of the Scheme;

Requirements:

  • Professional Diploma in Physiotherapy or above
  • Registered as Physiotherapist in Part 1 by the Physiotherapists Board of Hong Kong and possesses valid annual practicing certificate
  • Possess 5 or more years of patient care related practice in physiotherapy service;
  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills

 (14) Social Worker / Team Leader (Ref: DECS/SWTL)

  • Provide supervision and support to social worker in developing networking and volunteer service for the elderly
  • Responsible for the promotion, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of community support project
  • To network and develop partnership with community partner and stakeholder
  • Registered Social Worker with Bachelor Degree or above in social work or related disciplines

(15) Management Trainee (Ref: SSO/CEOO/MT)

The Programme:

  • The two-year programme provides trainees with the opportunity to gain all-round exposure and develop into future social service leaders in HOHCS. The trainees will work directly under Sister Annie Skau Holistic Care Centre to gain first-hand experience in the management of the Centre, including planning, project management (for extension project), resources development, staff engagement, capacity building, and more. To help the trainee reach his/her full potential, our Senior Management team will provide ample guidance and support throughout the programme.

Requirements:

  • Degree holders from universities in Hong Kong and overseas with a maximum of two years' working experience and the following attributes:
  • Interested in growth and career development in social and health care service sector
  • Aligned with the vision, mission and core values of HOHCS; identified with Christian values and characters; keen to develop and maintain a corporate orientation
  • Good academic attainment; Bachelor degree in any discipline with second class honor (upper) or above preferred; excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese with credit or above in public examinations; good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills; able to exercise critical and independent thinking

  • Provide all rounded administrative support including but not limited to accounting, inventory, asset control, filing, repair and maintenance and webpage support, etc.
  • Perform office administration, receptionist and other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time
  • Diploma holder in any discipline with minimum of 2 years administrative experience, accounting or book-keeping is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the development and operation of R&D projects in the organization, spanning elderly, rehabilitation and primary health domains
  • Work closely with the management to propose R&D initiatives in line with the organization’s development and formulate plans to increase the R&D capacity of the organization

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT Department and coordinate with management and service units to implement the organization’s IT Strategic Plan, as well as acting as a change agent to adapt and drive change throughout the organization.
  • To ensure effective IT services are delivered to support the organization’s operation and initiatives in timely manner.
  • Plan and implement appropriate policies and procedures for data security and IT standards; ensure corporate information assets are secure from unauthorized access or damage.

  • Working knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL); experience in multi remote site infrastructure planning and support.
