(2) Operations General Manager - Community Services for Elderly (Ref : SSO/CSE/OGM)  
Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership, guidance as well as overseeing the strategic planning and operational requirements of the Operation.
  • Ensuring the provision of quality service in alignment with the Christian Vision, Mission and Core Values and service philosophies of the Haven of Hope.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in nursing, social work & allied health related professional fields are preferred and of which at least 8 years or above in management position.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the current elderly policy and service in Hong Kong.
  • Ability in people skills and communication skills for interactions with diverse clientele and staff mix of different interests.

(3) Operations Manager (Ref : RSD/OM)  

  • Degree or above in Social Work or other related discipline with 5 years’ or above management experience in residential and rehabilitation service field
  • Ability to oversee the planning & implementation of psychosocial, nursing and para-medical services, and monitoring the daily service operation of the unit

Responsibilities:

  • To plan, implement and monitor the services at the District Elderly Community Service
  • To supervise and coach social workers and other multidisciplinary subordinates for their professional practice. Provide direct service, where necessary.
  • To network community partners and build strategic alliance for effective mobilization of community resources for the Service
  • To work innovatively with other units of the Organization for synergistic service delivery

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Social Work with 5 years’ or above management experience in elderly services

(6) Assistant Operations Manager - Community Health Development Centers (Ref : PHS/AOM)
Responsibilities:

  • Assist Operations Manager and Operations General Manager in coordinating and managing administrative businesses including financial claims for CHDs  
  • Participate in other administrative works including system development; meeting coordination, supplies procurement, repair and maintenance, publicity and promotion works and etc.
  • Assist to organize service quality programs and to conduct relevant training workshops
  • Participate and facilitate Operation teams on data management and program evaluation works

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years’ relevant working experiences; preferably in Primary and Community Health Services, Epidemiological and Public Health and etc.

(7) Internal Audit Manager (Ref : SSO/GSS/IAM)
Responsibilities:

  • Report functionally to the Audit Committee and administratively to the CEO to assist the senior management team in risk management, to perform comprehensive audits with emphasis on financial and operational reviews, to evaluate and report on the soundness and adequacy of risk management procedures and internal controls in line with the corporate policies, and to recommend improvements so as to ensure that the resources and assets of the organization are efficiently and effectively utilized and safeguarded.
  • Develop, prepare and implement audit methodologies, work plans (including risk analysis) and audit programs.
  • Liaise extensively with services units and operational staff in developing and implementing internal controls, policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad hoc projects as required by the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee and/or the CEO.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines with accounting qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of solid experience in performing internal audit assignments at detailed and analytical level
  • Strong analytical skills in identifying risk and control implication and excellent report writing skills
  • Good problem solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills

 Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily financial and accounting operations;
  • Oversee monthly and year-end closing; prepare relevant financial statements, reports and analysis;
  • Coordinate Finance systems’ development and administration;
  • Review and implement effective financial controls and procedures;
  • Assist in process improvements and ad hoc projects.

 
 Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting and member/finalist of professional accounting body, with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience;
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility in meeting tight deadlines, detail-minded;
  • Strong communication skills, analytical skills with logical thinking;
  • Good command of English and Chinese;

  • To oversee the clinical operation and to ensure a high quality of clinical service be provided in the long-term care setting
  • To assist the Home Manager in the implementation of the corporate policies and unit specific plans as well as to drive the continuous development of quality care service for elders
  • Degree in Nursing or other disciplines with relevant registration & practicing certificate
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ post-registration experience in home setting of which at least 2 years should have involved in management and administration duties
  • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English

The appointee will be responsible to prepare full set of accounts and financial information to support reporting requirements and assist in treasury function and year end audit as well as provide accounting support to service units and to implement effective financial controls and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accountancy, with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience;
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility in meeting tight deadlines, detail-minded;
  • Strong communication skills, analytical skills with logical thinking;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (English and Chinese);
  • Hands on experience in Epicor Financials is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

(2) Operations General Manager - Community Services for Elderly (Ref : SSO/CSE/OGM)  
Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership, guidance as well as overseeing the strategic planning and operational requirements of the Operation.
  • Ensuring the provision of quality service in alignment with the Christian Vision, Mission and Core Values and service philosophies of the Haven of Hope.
  • Overseeing and monitoring the operations of a number of subvented and self-financed community support services for frail elders.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in nursing, social work & allied health related professional fields are preferred and of which at least 8 years or above in management position.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the current elderly policy and service in Hong Kong.
  • Ability in people skills and communication skills for interactions with diverse clientele and staff mix of different interests.

  • To supervise and coach social workers and other multidisciplinary subordinates for their professional practice. Provide direct service, where necessary.
  • To network community partners and build strategic alliance for effective mobilization of community resources for the Service
  • To work innovatively with other units of the Organization for synergistic service delivery

Requirements:

(6) Assistant Operations Manager - Community Health Development Centers (Ref : PHS/AOM)
Responsibilities:

  • Assist Operations Manager and Operations General Manager in coordinating and managing administrative businesses including financial claims for CHDs  
  • Participate in other administrative works including system development; meeting coordination, supplies procurement, repair and maintenance, publicity and promotion works and etc.
  • Assist to organize service quality programs and to conduct relevant training workshops

Requirements:

(7) Internal Audit Manager (Ref : SSO/GSS/IAM)
Responsibilities:

  • Report functionally to the Audit Committee and administratively to the CEO to assist the senior management team in risk management, to perform comprehensive audits with emphasis on financial and operational reviews, to evaluate and report on the soundness and adequacy of risk management procedures and internal controls in line with the corporate policies, and to recommend improvements so as to ensure that the resources and assets of the organization are efficiently and effectively utilized and safeguarded.
  • Develop, prepare and implement audit methodologies, work plans (including risk analysis) and audit programs.
  • Liaise extensively with services units and operational staff in developing and implementing internal controls, policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad hoc projects as required by the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee and/or the CEO.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines with accounting qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of solid experience in performing internal audit assignments at detailed and analytical level

 Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting and member/finalist of professional accounting body, with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience;

  • To oversee the clinical operation and to ensure a high quality of clinical service be provided in the long-term care setting
  • To assist the Home Manager in the implementation of the corporate policies and unit specific plans as well as to drive the continuous development of quality care service for elders
  • Degree in Nursing or other disciplines with relevant registration & practicing certificate
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ post-registration experience in home setting of which at least 2 years should have involved in management and administration duties

The appointee will be responsible to prepare full set of accounts and financial information to support reporting requirements and assist in treasury function and year end audit as well as provide accounting support to service units and to implement effective financial controls and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accountancy, with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience;
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility in meeting tight deadlines, detail-minded;
  • Strong communication skills, analytical skills with logical thinking;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (English and Chinese);
  • Hands on experience in Epicor Financials is an advantage.

 

(13) Human Resources Officer – Staff Engagement (Ref : SSO/SE/HRO)
Responsibilities:                                                                            

  • Handle HR functions including recruitment, compensations & benefits administration, performance management and leave management
