(1) Operations Manager - Rehabilitation Service (Ref : CRS/DSC/OM)

• Degree holder or above in Social Work
• At least 5 years relevant working experience or other related discipline with management experience in community setting and rehabilitation service field

(3) Deputy Home Manager (Ref : NH/DHM)
• To assist the Home Manager in managing the operation of the Home as well as implementing the corporate policies
• To oversee and ensure the clinical operation to be in high quality as well as to drive the continuous development of quality care service for elders
• Degree in Nursing or other disciplines with relevant registration & practicing certificate
• Minimum 5-10 years’ post-registration experience in home setting of which at least 2 years should have involved in management and administration duties
• Strong leadership with serving heart and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English

(4) Assistant Operations Manager - Chinese Medicine (Ref : PHS/CM/AOM)
Responsibilities: 
• Assist Operations General Manager in managing and developing health care services.  It includes but not limit to provision of sound financial, human and physical resources, and administrative management in achieving the objectives of CMCTR
• Implement effective internal control system and risk management for quality and safety aspect of the CMCTR
Requirements:
• Degree holder with sound and solid relevant administrative and management working experiences for 5 years.  At least 5 years of experience in managerial role and of which 3 years should be in clinical administration and personnel management. Previous registered nursing / allied health experience is preferable
• Creativity in problem solving and demonstrate a positive response to changes
• Ability to organise work in a busy working environment, meet all reporting requirement and
• deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English, written Chinese and fluent Cantonese
• Competency in different management domains such as patient relation, incident and emergency responses, health communication and promotion and etc.

(5) Assistant Project Manager - Facility Management (Ref : SSO/FM/APM)
Responsibilities:
• Assist in management of major capital projects, from inception to completion. End-user management, design control, cost/cashflow management, program control, quality supervision, etc. are duties to be involved.
• Assist in leading and directing project teams composed of professional consultants and contractors.
• In charge of minor capital projects (costing below $5Mn) of alteration / maintenance nature.  Responsible for the implementation and discharge of projects to meet the specified requirements within the budget and time constraints.
• Carry out initial stage studies and prepare project proposals for consideration of senior management and funding bodies.
• Formulate and implement maintenance plans for existing buildings and facilities.
• Advise end-users on issues concerning works projects and facilities management.
• Carry out management and administration duties for the facilities management functions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, or other Building/Construction related discipline
• Member of HKIA/HKIS/HKIE or equivalent; or preparing to acquire the professional status
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in building projects or facility management
• Strong in leadership, problem solving, and communication

(6) Advanced Practitioner (Nurse) (Palliative Care or Gerontological Care) (Ref : SASHCC/APN)
• To support the ward operation and clinical care
• To assist the Nursing Officer or above in managing the nursing team and clinical operation as well as the development of nursing profession in Palliative and Gerontological care
• To assist in formulating nursing guidelines and accreditation system
• To develop Nursing standards, quality improvement/research study programs
• To be responsible for clinical supervision and involved in management and administration duties
• Degree holder or above in Nursing is preferred, holder of valid certificate of registration and practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Board of Hong Kong
• Minimum 5 years’ post-registration experience in a Nursing Home or a Hospital Geriatric/ Palliative Unit as Registered Nurse
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese and good communication skills
• Night shift is not essential










(7) Care Coordinator (Ref: PHS/DHCE/CC)
• Degree in Nursing or equivalent; holder of valid RN practicing certificate by NCHK; possesses 6 years or above of clinical experience as RN
• Experience in Risk Assessment Management Program (RAMP) or Public Private Partnership (PPP) Program preferable
• Assist the Senior Care Coordinator (SCC) to lead the nurse team
• To plan & conduct health promotion and primary prevention programs
• Act as a case manager of disease /complication screening, coordinate referrals to & from other medical and allied health disciplines
• Provide direct Nursing service, health assessment screening, health coaching, education and other at the Core Centre and Service Points
• To facilitate active engagement of service partners of the primary health care resource hub

(8) Dietitian (Ref: EHCCS/Diet)
Responsibilities:    
• Provide dietetic services to elderly of the home care and residential home service, including conducting menu modification, home visits, direct assessment, treatment as well as coordinating health talk, workshops and programs
• As an active member of the multi-disciplinary team, provide professional inputs in care plan formulating
• Provide professional inputs in service planning
• Provide education & coaching to the staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Dietetics plus internship and on list of Hong Kong Academy of Accredited Dietitian
• Possess 2 years or above post-qualification experience in patient care related practice in dietetic service
• Possess good communication and presentation skills 
• Proactive, mature and independent; possess good computer literacy

(11)Registered Horticultural Therapist (Ref : RSD/HCDACH/RHT)
• Registered Horticultural Therapist
• Registered Social Worker is preferred
• Possess practical skills and have passion for horticultural therapy (HT)
• Experience in working with service users with intellectual disabilities (ID) is preferred

(12)Health and Safety Advisor (Ref: SSO/OSH/HSA)
Responsibilities:
• Maintain a close liaison with service units to drive health and safety culture
• Conduct regular workplace health and safety inspection, environment measurement (i.e. IAQ) and provide advice on improvement
• Conducting health and safety training to staff at all different levels
• Acting as a key investigation coordinator when incident/ accident happens, in order to find out the root cause and advice on improvement.
• Follow up closely with injured staff and rehab company for early return to work
• Preparing regular Health & Safety performance reports for management review of the past performances and the progresses of annual improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Health and Safety
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience and with 3 years managerial experience
• Experience with work injury management is a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Familiar with local legislation relating to Environment, Health and Safety
• Registered Safety Officer under the Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Safety Officers and Safety Supervisors) Regulation is an advantage
• Knowledge in safety management system promoted by Labour Department is an advantage

• Holder of a recognized diploma and 5 subjects at Level 2 or above in HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics or equivalent

• Holder of a recognized diploma and 5 subjects at Level 2 or above in HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics or equivalent
• Provide administrative, secretarial supports to manager and work closely with other service units. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and filings
• Produce high quality and timely documents including meeting minutes, reports, letters, payments, quotations and presentation materials etc.
• At least 5 years’ experience in office administration and management, preferably related to building projects or facility management
• Good command of English and Chinese. With strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Mature, good interpersonal skills, work independently and proactively

(17)Programmer (Ref: SSO/IT/P)
Responsibilities:
• Develop, test and implement of the back office system as well as customer online platform and mobile applications;
• Update maintenance and enhance existing web application;
• Troubleshooting application and code issues;
• Support ad-hoc tasks on demand.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines;
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Java Spring, Spring Boot, ReactJs, JavaScript, MySQL/MariaDB, HTML5, JSON, API Study.

Responsibilities:
• Completion of IT operational tasks (daily/ weekly/ monthly/ yearly) by providing reliable IT services and systems contribution to business continuity.
• Monitor IT infrastructure including 70 VM servers, 50 VPNs, server configuration, reporting and incident resolution.
• Provide user support.
• Perform installation, administration, maintenance and operation of various servers and networking, system monitoring and system upgrade.
• Ensure that all systems are fully backed-up and resilient and that data is stored securely in line with IT security requirements.

Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in management of major capital projects, from inception to completion. End-user management, design control, cost/cashflow management, program control, quality supervision, etc. are duties to be involved.
• Assist in leading and directing project teams composed of professional consultants and contractors.
• In charge of minor capital projects (costing below $5Mn) of alteration / maintenance nature.  Responsible for the implementation and discharge of projects to meet the specified requirements within the budget and time constraints.
• Carry out initial stage studies and prepare project proposals for consideration of senior management and funding bodies.
• Formulate and implement maintenance plans for existing buildings and facilities.
• Advise end-users on issues concerning works projects and facilities management.

Requirements:

• To assist the Nursing Officer or above in managing the nursing team and clinical operation as well as the development of nursing profession in Palliative and Gerontological care
• To assist in formulating nursing guidelines and accreditation system
• To develop Nursing standards, quality improvement/research study programs
• To be responsible for clinical supervision and involved in management and administration duties
• Degree holder or above in Nursing is preferred, holder of valid certificate of registration and practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Board of Hong Kong

(58)Assistant Manager – Staff Engagement, C&B & HRMS (Ref : SSO/SE/AMC&B)
Responsibilities:
• Deliver full spectrum HR administration support with concentration in payroll & MPF/ORSO administration, taxation, employee compensation, benefits and performance management, etc.
• Participate and coordinate for the implementation of the new HRMS
• Manage HR Management System to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Communicate with all levels of staff and external partners for HR related matters
• Prepare various regular HR reports and support audit projects on regular basis
• Support HR projects e.g. salary benchmarking, benefits upgrade/ review and HRIS upgrade, etc.
• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in Compensation & Benefit administration is preferred
• Good analytical and organizing skills
• Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
• Possess good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills;
• High proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, efficient, independent and good team player
• Align with the Vision, Mission and Core Values and a good team player
• Immediate available is highly preferable
• Diploma holders with less experience may be considered for the post of Human Resources Officer








(59)Temporary Human Resources Officer – C&B & HRMS (Ref: SSO/SE/THROC&B)
Responsibilities:
• Assist in providing HR support functions in compensation & benefits, payroll with concentration in HRMS enhancement projects
• Support HRMS Enhancement including System Requirement, Data Migration, User Acceptance Test and End User Training
• Communicate with all levels of staff as well as external partners for HRMS related matters

Requirements:
