  • Registered Social Worker with degree or above

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing all day-to-day operations, its related operational cost and staff issues as well as supervising process on the various team initiatives
  • Deliver direct professional practice in services and team coaching/ training as appropriate on case management in primary health care setting
  • Participate actively in report and proposal writing

Requirements:

(4) Deputy Home Manager (Ref : NH/DHM)

  • To assist the Home Manager in managing the operation of the Home as well as implementing the corporate policies
  • To oversee and ensure the clinical operation to be in high quality as well as to drive the continuous development of quality care service for elders
  • Degree in Nursing or other disciplines with relevant registration & practicing certificate
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ post-registration experience in home setting of which at least 2 years should have involved in management and administration duties
  • Strong leadership with serving heart and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Mainly work during daytime

(5) Assistant Operations Manager (Residential Services for the Elderly) (Ref: NH/AOM)   
Responsibilities:

  • To render executive support to the management team of the Nursing Home
  • To execute financial management, facilities management, insurance, home licenses and procurement coordination
  • To monitor and implement Service Performance Monitoring System (SPMS) and Service Quality Standard (SQSs)
  • To supervise clerical team to deliver administrative and clerical support to the management team of the Nursing Home and multi-disciplinary teams
  • To supervise general supporting service to render cleaning service, repair service and transportation services

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above, preferably in business administration or health service management
  • Minimum 5 years’ administrative and /or managerial experience; experience in social service sector is an advantage

  • Bachelor degree in marketing or related discipline

  • Knowledge and skillsets in proposal writing, social media content management, SEM and creative thinking

  • Degree in Nursing or Health Care, holder of valid certificate of registration and practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Board of Hong Kong
  • Minimum of 5 years’ post-registration experience in a Nursing Home or a Hospital Geriatric Unit
  • Mainly work during daytime

(9) Registered Nurse (Ref : PHS/WM/RN)
Responsibilities: 

  • Actively participate in clinic administrative and practices including drug management, clinic management systems and etc.
  • Responsible for clinical support, coaching and training to CA teams 
  • Deliver direct professional patient services at clinic(s) with other professional team members
  • Involve in case management for clients with chronic diseases in primary health care setting
  • Align with the Christian Vision, Mission and Core Values of the Haven of Hope

Requirement: 

  • Obtain valid practicing certificate of a registered nurse
  • Preferred those with good medical writing and computer operation skills
  • No overnight duty shift
  • With a minimal 3-5 years of management experiences in clinical or community/primary health care setting
  • Preferably with strong problem-solving and interpersonal relation skills

 

 

 

 

(10) Social Worker (Ref : PHS/CH/SW)
Main responsibilities:

  • Provide support in medical-social case intervention and be able to manage group activities and talks independently in family education, community support and elderly care in family
  •  Building up and establish strong community networks with different local churches, schools, corporates, NGOs, health care providers and other cooperating parties in the locality
  • To ensure programs for various target groups, including carers are delivered in quality manner and in a cost-effective way
  • Diagnose and analyze community needs to determine program directions and aligning with corporate VMV and people needs in the district (i.e. TKO/Sai Kung)
  • Provide guidance and support to co-workers and frontline staff
  • Organise and deliver services with social impact

Requirements:

  • Registered social worker with degree or above
  • At least 6 years’ working experience in social services field with proven track record
  • Be budget sensitive
  • Ability to figure out costs and benefits of various family education and community support programs and implement
  • Knowledge on and conduct crisis intervention preferable

 

 

 

 

(11) Service Administration Officer (Ref : SASHCC/SAO)

  • Diploma or above in any discipline preferably in management or accounting;
  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience, experience in residential setting is an advantage;
  • Assist the management team in finance and budgeting, pricing, data analysis and administrative duties;
  • Mature, independent, good interpersonal, flexibility, self-motivated and good communication skills.
  • Candidates with less academic qualifications and solid working experience would be considered as Administrative Assistant.

  • Diploma holder & 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics OR 5 subjects obtained Level 2 or above in HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics;
  • Mature, initiative, independent, good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Manage job orders in different training businesses, especially production line;
  • Develop business networks, including identity and explore potential clients, and promote self-made handicraft products;
  • Experience in vocational rehabilitation service for person with intellectual disabilities and mental disorders will be an advantage;

  • University graduate with minimum 1 year relevant working experience in PR or Marketing Communications

Executive Manager - Staff Engagement (Ref: SSO/SE/EM)

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources Management or above
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in managerial position, NGO experience is an advantage
  • Solid and proven Human Resources experiences mainly on recruitment, on/off boarding, human resources operations, employee relations, performance management, staff training/development and business partnering etc.
  • Supervision of day-to-day duties including C&B, staffing, recruitment etc.
  • Effective engagement with staff at all levels to provide HR Functions.
  • Acting as a change agent with proactive and strategic planning and execution ability to maintain the vision, mission and values of the organization.
  • With qualities of flexibility and adaptability to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization.
  • Conversant with the Employment Ordinance
  • Proficiency in written English and Chinese, as well as MS office

Assistant Manager – Staff Engagement (Ref : SSO/SE/AM)
Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full spectrum HR administration support with concentration in payroll & MPF/ORSO administration, taxation, employee compensation, benefits and performance management etc.
  • Handle day-to-day payroll activities in a timely, accurate and professional manner
  • Manage HR Management System to ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Communicate with all levels of staff and external partners for HR related matters
  • Prepare various regular HR reports and support audit projects on regular basis
  • Support HR projects e.g. salary benchmarking, benefits upgrade/ review and HRIS upgrade etc
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;
  • At least 5 years’ solid experience as Compensation & Benefit specialist with supervisory experience is preferred
  • Good analytical and organizing skills
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Possess good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, efficient, independent and good team player
