(1) Head of Spiritual Care (Ref : SSO/EWD/H)
Responsibilities:

  • Strategically lead and steer the integration of spiritual care and evangelism in the workplace and social service contexts
  • Provide spiritual leadership and nurturing that contributes to shaping and sustaining a culture that embodies the Vision, Mission and Values of the organization, at an individual level with service users, families, and staff as well as at the departmental, organizational and community levels
  • Build strategic church partnership and solicit support conducive to the development of spiritual care and evangelism in the organization
  • Strategically and operationally oversee the Evangelistic Work Department

Requirements:

  • University graduate in any discipline

(3) Operations General Manager - Community Services for Elderly (Ref : SSO/CSE/OGM)  
Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership, guidance as well as overseeing the strategic planning and operational requirements of the Operation.
  • Ensuring the provision of quality service in alignment with the Christian Vision, Mission and Core Values and service philosophies of the Haven of Hope.
  • Overseeing and monitoring the operations of a number of subvented and self-financed community support services for frail elders.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in nursing, social work & allied health related professional fields are preferred and of which at least 8 years’ or above in management position.
  • Ability in people skills and in communication skills for interactions with diverse clientele and staff mix of different interests.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization.
  • Good team player yet with abilities to drive projects and initiatives.
  • Capacity to learn and to work well under multiple priorities and pressure.
  • Experience in Elderly Care Service is preferable.

 

 

(4) Operations Manager (Ref : HHHCT/OM/HICBNB project)
Responsibilities:

  • Assist Operations General Manager in management and development of Social enterprises - Tourism & Hospitality, include,
  • Setup and operate the Heritage information center and BNB
  • Develop and implement service standards, policies, and operating procedures
  • Deal with guests, handle complaints and any abnormal / unexpected incidents
  • Define pricing strategy, control budget, prepare financial and service reports
  • Work multidisciplinary under vocational rehabilitation model to promote disability employment

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years’ working experience in Hotel management, Hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Strong analytical skills with good business and numerical sense, familiar in local market environment
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills with servant leadership
  • Mature, dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently

 

 

 

(5) Operations Manager (Ref : RSD/OM)  

  • Degree or above in Social Work or other related discipline with 5 years’ or above management experience in residential and rehabilitation service field
  • Ability to oversee the planning & implementation of psychosocial, nursing and para-medical services, and monitoring the daily service operation of the unit
  • Qualities of flexibility and adaptability to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization
  • Good team player with abilities to work independently and initiatives
  • Build up community networks with external significant stakeholders and mobilize available resources for the benefits of service

 

 

(6) Operations Manager (Ref: CSE II/DEs/OM)

  • Degree or above in Nursing with 5 years’ or above management experience
  • Lead and work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective operations of day care centers
  • Good knowledge and skills in health & social care service, infectious control, occupational safety and health management
  • Pleasant, mature, with exceptional leadership, team-building techniques and interpersonal skills
  • Vibrant, enthusiasm, with strong motivation to serve
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese

 

 

(7) Internal Audit Manager (Ref : SSO/GSS/IAM)
Responsibilities:

  • Report functionally to the Audit Committee and administratively to the CEO to assist the senior management team in risk management, to perform comprehensive audits with emphasis on financial and operational reviews, to evaluate and report on the soundness and adequacy of risk management procedures and internal controls in line with the corporate policies, and to recommend improvements so as to ensure that the resources and assets of the organization are efficiently and effectively utilized and safeguarded.
  • Develop, prepare and implement audit methodologies, work plans (including risk analysis) and audit programs.
  • Liaise extensively with services units and operational staff in developing and implementing internal controls, policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad hoc projects as required by the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee and/or the CEO.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines with accounting qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of solid experience in performing internal audit assignments at detailed and analytical level
  • Strong analytical skills in identifying risk and control implication and excellent report writing skills
  • Good problem solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, driven for improvement, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

 

 

(8) Deputy Home Manager (Ref : RSE/DHM)

  • To oversee the clinical operation and to ensure a high quality of clinical service be provided in the long-term care setting
  • To assist the Home Manager in the implementation of the corporate policies and unit specific plans as well as to drive the continuous development of quality care service for elders
  • Degree in Nursing or other disciplines with relevant registration & practicing certificate
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ post-registration experience in home setting of which at least 2 years should have involved in management and administration duties
  • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Strong leadership with serving heart and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Working hours mainly during daytime and working location in Tseung Kwan O

 

 

(9) Assistant Manager (Ref : SASHCC/AM) 

  • Provide executive support to senior management in overseeing the Administration and Supporting Department of the Centre
  • Responsible for analysis of service statistics, writing up proposals and reports, service promotion, fund raising and donor engagement, project coordination etc.
  • Degree holder or above, preferably in business administration or health service management
  • Minimum 3 years’ administrative and/ or managerial experience; experience in social service sector is an advantage
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese
  • Mature, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, logic thinking and able to work independently

 

 

(10) Assistant Manager - Finance (Ref : SSO/F/AM)
 Responsibilities:                                                            

    • Monitor daily financial and accounting operations;                                                            
    • Oversee monthly and year-end closing; prepare relevant financial statements, reports and analysis;
    • Coordinate Finance systems’ development and administration;                                                     
    • Review and implement effective financial controls and procedures;                                                
    • Assist in process improvements and ad hoc projects.                                                             

 Requirements:                                                               

  • Degree in Accounting and member/finalist of professional accounting body, with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience;                                                      
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility in meeting tight deadlines, detail-minded;        
  • Strong communication skills, analytical skills with logical thinking;                                               
  • Good command of English and Chinese;                                                          
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word (English and Chinese);                                                               
  • Hands on experience in Epicor Financials or Finance systems’ implementation is an advantage.  

 

 

(11) Assistant Manager - Staff Engagement (Ref : SSO/SE/AM)                                                       
Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with service unit heads / managers to provide full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, staff engagement and performance management
  • Manage the recruitment process and oversee the entire logistics
  • Assist in conducting various HR initiatives and staff engagement programs to promote / enhance staff relationship
  • Compile various reports for management review and manpower planning
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ all-round Human Resources experiences and familiar with Employment Ordinance
  • Strong track record in recruitment is preferable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage different levels of stakeholders
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Proficiency in written English and Chinese
  • Computer literacy in MS Office

 

 

(12) Advanced Practitioner (Nurse)
    (Palliative Care or Gerontological Care) (Ref : SASHCC/APN)

  • To assist the Nursing Officer or above in managing the nursing team and clinical operation as well as the development of nursing profession in Palliative and Gerontological care
  • To assist in formulating nursing guidelines and accreditation system
  • To be responsible for clinical supervision and involved in management and administration duties
  • Degree holder or above in Nursing is preferred, holder of valid certificate of registration and practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Board of Hong Kong
  • Minimum 5 years’ post-registration experience in a Nursing Home or a Hospital Geriatric/ Palliative Unit as Registered Nurse
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Night shift is not essential

 

 

 

(13Social Worker (Ref: DSC/SW/Funding Project)

  • Registered Social Worker in Hong Kong with a recognized degree in Social Work or Gerontology
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in Rehabilitation Service
  • Provide case work, therapeutic groups and educational talk to the Young Adult with Autism in the community and school setting
  • Assist in community outreach and network

 

 

(14) Human Resources Officer – Staff Engagement (Ref : SSO/SE/HRO)
Responsibilities:                                                                            

  • Provide full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, staff engagement and performance management
  • Participate in the Open Recruitment activities and career talks
  • Support employee relations activities and organize company events to enhance staff relationship
  • Assist in preparing and consolidating HR reports for management review
  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in human resources functions
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Solid experience in Open Recruitment is a definite advantage
  • Effective time management and strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good in computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing

 

 

(15)  Marketing Assistant (Ref : SSO/CRD/MA)

  • 5 passes in HKCEE or level 2 or above in HKDSE, including English(Syl. B), Chinese & Mathematics; diploma graduates or above preferred
  • Experience/Knowledge of event management and digital marketing is preferred
  • Good command of spoken & written in Chinese & English language;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications

Responsibilities:  

  • Provide administrative support to the service units and secretarial support to senior management
  • Maintain positive customer relations through receiving and answering telephone calls
  • Keep records and fillings and produce timely reporting documents

Requirements:  

  • 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics OR 5 subjects obtained Level 2 or above in HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics
  • With 1 year of experience in secretarial or administrative support will be an advantage
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  • Report functionally to the Audit Committee and administratively to the CEO to assist the senior management team in risk management, to perform comprehensive audits with emphasis on financial and operational reviews, to evaluate and report on the soundness and adequacy of risk management procedures and internal controls in line with the corporate policies, and to recommend improvements so as to ensure that the resources and assets of the organization are efficiently and effectively utilized and safeguarded.
  • Develop, prepare and implement audit methodologies, work plans (including risk analysis) and audit programs.
  • Liaise extensively with services units and operational staff in developing and implementing internal controls, policies and procedures.

  • Degree in Nursing or other disciplines with relevant registration & practicing certificate
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ post-registration experience in home setting of which at least 2 years should have involved in management and administration duties

 Responsibilities:

    • Review and implement effective financial controls and procedures;
