(1) Head of Spiritual Care (Ref : SSO/EWD/H)
Responsibilities:

  • Strategically lead and steer the integration of spiritual care and evangelism in the workplace and social service contexts
  • Provide spiritual leadership and nurturing that contributes to shaping and sustaining a culture that embodies the Vision, Mission and Values of the organization, at an individual level with service users, families, and staff as well as at the departmental, organizational and community levels
  • Build strategic church partnership and solicit support conducive to the development of spiritual care and evangelism in the organization
  • Strategically and operationally oversee the Evangelistic Work Department

(3) Operations General Manager - Community Services for Elderly (Ref : SSO/CSE/OGM)  
Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership, guidance as well as overseeing the strategic planning and operational requirements of the Operation.
  • Ensuring the provision of quality service in alignment with the Christian Vision, Mission and Core Values and service philosophies of the Haven of Hope.
  • Overseeing and monitoring the operations of a number of subvented and self-financed community support services for frail elders.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in nursing, social work & allied health related professional fields are preferred and of which at least 8 years or above in management position.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the current elderly policy and service in Hong Kong.
  • Ability in people skills and in communication skills for interactions with diverse clientele and staff mix of different interests.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization.
  • Good team player with abilities to drive projects and initiatives.

(4) Operations Manager (Ref : HHHCT/OM/HICBNB project)
Responsibilities:

  • Assist Operations General Manager in management and development of Social enterprises - Tourism & Hospitality, include,
  • Setup and operate the Heritage information center and BNB
  • Develop sales strategies, collaborate with business counterpart to execute pricing strategies
  • Maximize the occupancy and the average daily rate of BNB, while upholding excellent guest service and accommodations to all guests
  • Prepare sales forecast, budget and analysis report
  • Work multidisciplinary under vocational rehabilitation model to promote disability employment

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years’ working experience in Hospitality management or related disciplines is preferable
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Strong analytical skills with good business and numerical sense, familiar in local market environment

  • Degree or above in Social Work or other related discipline with 5 years’ or above management experience in residential and rehabilitation service field

(6) Operations Manager (Ref : CSE II/DEs/OM)

  • Good knowledge and skills in health & social care service, infectious control, occupational safety and health management

(7) Executive Manager – Finance (Ref : SSO/F/EM) 
Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control financial accounting operations, with focus on financial systems management and development;
  • Prepare and review financial analysis and management reports, provide advice to management on finance related matters;
  • Take leadership on budgeting;
  • Provide support to annual and special projects audits;
  • Monitor compliance and development for effective financial controls and procedures;
  • Provide training and develop subordinates;
  • Lead ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • University graduate in accounting and member of professional accountancy body;
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with at least 4 years in managerial position;
  • Good leadership skills, and a team player to work in collaboration with others to deliver results;
  • Strong communication skills, highly analytical with logical thinking;
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility in meeting tight deadlines;

(8) Internal Audit Manager (Ref : SSO/GSS/IAM)
Responsibilities:

  • Report functionally to the Audit Committee and administratively to the CEO to assist the senior management team in risk management, to perform comprehensive audits with emphasis on financial and operational reviews, to evaluate and report on the soundness and adequacy of risk management procedures and internal controls in line with the corporate policies, and to recommend improvements so as to ensure that the resources and assets of the organization are efficiently and effectively utilized and safeguarded.
  • Develop, prepare and implement audit methodologies, work plans (including risk analysis) and audit programs.
  • Liaise extensively with services units and operational staff in developing and implementing internal controls, policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad hoc projects as required by the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee and/or the CEO.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines with accounting qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of solid experience in performing internal audit assignments at detailed and analytical level
  • Strong analytical skills in identifying risk and control implication and excellent report writing skills
  • Good problem solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, driven for improvement, independent and able to work under pressure

(9) Deputy Home Manager (Ref : RSE/DHM)

  • To oversee the clinical operation and to ensure a high quality of clinical service be provided in the long-term care setting
  • To assist the Home Manager in the implementation of the corporate policies and unit specific plans as well as to drive the continuous development of quality care service for elders
  • Degree in Nursing or other disciplines with relevant registration & practicing certificate
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ post-registration experience in home setting of which at least 2 years should have involved in management and administration duties
  • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Strong leadership with serving heart and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Working hours mainly during daytime and working location in Tseung Kwan O

 

 

 

 

(10) Clinical Instructor (Ref : RSE I/CI)

  • To assist the Nursing Home to enhance professional practice in the care delivery for the elderly through clinical teaching / practice for Nurses and Health Service Workers
  • Degree in Nursing or Health Care with relevant registration & practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Board of Hong Kong
  • Minimum of 5 years’ post-registration experience in a Nursing Home or a Hospital Geriatric Unit as Registered Nurse
  • Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal communication skills

 

(11) Assistant Manager - Finance (Ref : SSO/F/AM)
 Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor daily financial and accounting operations;
  • Oversee monthly and year-end closing; prepare relevant financial statements, reports and analysis;
  • Coordinate Finance systems’ development and administration;
  • Review and implement effective financial controls and procedures;
  • Assist in process improvements and ad hoc projects.

 Requirements:                                                               

  • Degree in Accounting and member/finalist of professional accounting body, with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience; 
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility in meeting tight deadlines, detail-minded;        
  • Strong communication skills, analytical skills with logical thinking;

(12) Assistant Manager - Staff Engagement (Ref : SSO/SE/AM)                                                       
Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with service unit heads / managers to provide full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, staff engagement and performance management
  • Manage the recruitment process and oversee the entire logistics
  • Assist in conducting various HR initiatives and staff engagement programs to promote / enhance staff relationship
  • Compile various reports for management review and manpower planning
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ all-round Human Resources experiences and familiar with Employment Ordinance
  • Strong track record in recruitment is preferable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage different levels of stakeholders
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision

(13) Volunteer Development Officer (Ref : SSO/GSS/VDO)
Responsibilities

  • Launch, operate and continuously review the corporate volunteer management framework, including but not limited to the promotion of volunteer service, recruitment, engagement and retention of volunteers, and consolidation of the corporate volunteer database
  • Identify and address volunteer service needs with service units
  • Identify and address training needs for volunteers and for staff with responsibility for managing volunteers
  • Organize/Coordinate and implement systematic volunteer service trainings
  • Launch, operate and continuously review the alumni engagement plan

 

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in Social Work or related disciplines

  • Handle HR functions including the compensations & benefits administration, performance management and leave management
  • Support the HRIS enhancement project and maintain an up-to-date HR record in all aspects
  • Prepare and consolidate HR reports for management review

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline

Responsibilities:

  • Report functionally to the Audit Committee and administratively to the CEO to assist the senior management team in risk management, to perform comprehensive audits with emphasis on financial and operational reviews, to evaluate and report on the soundness and adequacy of risk management procedures and internal controls in line with the corporate policies, and to recommend improvements so as to ensure that the resources and assets of the organization are efficiently and effectively utilized and safeguarded.
  • Develop, prepare and implement audit methodologies, work plans (including risk analysis) and audit programs.

  • 曾修讀保健員訓練課程,並已註冊成為保健員
  • 對護理行業有熱誠、愛心及寧養服務有心志者更為合適
  • 服務體弱長者、長期病患者及晚期癌症病人
  • 與護士團隊並肩提供護理服務,需輪班服務
  • 經驗較少者可申請為初級護理助理員

 

(35) 活動助理  (編號:RSD/PA)

  • 中三程度,能閱讀中、英文及書寫中文
  • 需協助電腦文書處理及協助中心推行訓練及活動
  • 服務對象為智障人士
  • 服務地區 : 坑口明德邨/秀茂坪邨

 

(36) 活動助理 (編號:CRS II/CASD/PA)

  • 中三程度,能閱讀中、英文及書寫中文
  • 需協助電腦文書處理,協助中心推行訓練及活動
  • 將軍澳區工作
  • 服務對象為智障及或肢體傷殘人士

 

(37) 健康服務員
初中程度,富熱誠、具耐心及愛心;曾受相關訓練及工作經驗優先考慮 ,須輪班工作,歡迎申請半職、兼職或長夜工作。

  • (編號:SASHCC/HSW) 負責服務體弱長者、晚期癌症及其他長期病患者的日常護理照顧

工作

  • (編號 : RSE I & II/HSW) 負責照顧院舍體弱長者日常起居生活,包括沐浴、如廁及陪診等
  •  (編號 : RSD/ CASD/HSW) 有意服務智障及或肢體傷殘人士日常護理照顧工作,包括沐浴、如廁及陪診等
  • (編號 : CSE II/HSW) 有意服務長者護理中心或家居之長者及/長期病患者的日常護理照顧工作,包括沐浴、復康訓練、如廁、送飯、陪伴、家居清潔及陪診等,工作地點:西貢、將軍澳及東九龍;無須輪夜班
  • (編號 : TC/HKEDE/HKWDE/HSW) 於長者日間中心或上門長者家居工作,有機會到長者院舍執勤 ; 日間工作,無須輪夜班,中心地點 : 西環/筲箕灣;家居工作地點 : 可商議

 

(38) 全職/兼職照顧助理 (編號 : RSD/CA/PT-CA)

  • 小學或以上程度,能閱讀中文,有志投身護理行業,富熱誠、具耐心及愛心
  • 有意服務智障人士的日常護理照顧工作、地方清潔、陪診及接送等
  • 工作地點 : 坑口明德邨

 

(39) 照顧助理 (編號 : CRS II/CASD/CA)

  • 小學或以上程度,能閱讀中文,有志投身護理行業,富熱誠、具耐心及愛心
  • 有意服務肢體傷殘人士的日常護理照顧工作,包括如廁及陪診等
  • 只需六天早班07:00– 15:30 (星期日及公眾假期休息)

 

(40) 技工 (編號 : SASHCC/A) 

  • 須持有(電牌A) ,另備(中工)、(大工)及水喉工證書則更佳
  • 具簡單泥水工作,如油漆、批灰等的基本技能者優先考慮
  • 負責一般水電維修及木工,包括冷氣、水喉、渠務、電掣櫃等,並保持一般機電良好運作
  • 處理一切緊急及定期維修/跟進事宜
  • 有院舍工作經驗更佳

 

(41) 兼職助理照顧員 (編號 : CSE II/PT-APC)

  • 小學或以上程度,能閱讀中文,有志投身護理行業,富熱誠、具耐心及愛心
  • 服務家居/日間中心之長者的日常護理照顧工作,包括:送飯、陪診、家居/長者中心清潔。
  • 工作地點 : 觀塘及將軍澳

 

(42) 替假司機 (編號 : CSE II/RD)

  • 持有效駕駛執照(可駕駛車輛類別:1,2,4,9及10)
  • 能明瞭簡單中,英文;富熱誠,具耐心及愛心;懂維修及具有關經驗更佳
  • 負責駕駛車輛、運送及搬運文件物資、打理車輛內外整潔、簡單維修工作、協助照顧長者及有關活動

 

(43) 支援服務助理 (編號:RSE I/GSA)

  •  小學或以上程度
  •  負責院內一般清潔工作  ,只須上下班輪值,毋須輪夜班
  •  工作地點 : 靈實護養院

 

(44) 全職/兼職支援服務助理 (編號:SASHCC/GSA/PT-GSA)

  • 小學或以上程度
  • 負責院內之日常清潔事務,運輸事務,以及處理一些簡單維修及環境優化事項,只須上 下班輪值,毋須夜班

 

(45) 支援服務助理 (編號:RSE II/GSA)

  • 小學或以上程度
  • 負責院內一般清潔工作  ,只須上下班輪值,毋須夜班,輪休
  • 工作地點 : 坑口靈實胡平頤養院

 

(46) 支援服務助理 (編號 : DECS/GSA)  

  • 小學或以上程度
  • 負責日間服務單位之清潔事務及協助活動舉行
  • 場地預備、外勤及庶務工作等
  • 懂得處理簡單維修者優先

 

(47) 兼職支援服務助理 (編號:PHS/PT-GSA)

  • 負責診所一般清潔及雜務工作
  • 能閱讀中文,富熱誠、具耐心及愛心
  • 工作地點:將軍澳坑口診所
  • 工作時間 : 星期一至五下午1:00-3:30
