(1) Operations Manager - Rehabilitation Service (Ref : CRS/DSC/OM)

• Degree holder or above in Social Work
• At least 5 years relevant working experience or other related discipline with management experience in community setting and rehabilitation service field
• Ability to oversee the planning & implementation of psychosocial, nursing and para-medical services, monitoring the daily service operation & project management of the District Support Centre
• Qualities of flexibility and adaptability to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization
• Good team player yet with abilities to work independently and with plenty of initiative
• Build up community networks with external significant stakeholders and mobilize available resources for the benefits of the service

(2) Deputy Home Manager (Ref : NH/DHM)
• To assist the Home Manager in managing the operation of the Home as well as implementing the corporate policies
• To oversee and ensure the clinical operation to be in high quality as well as to drive the continuous development of quality care service for elders
• Degree in Nursing or other disciplines with relevant registration & practicing certificate
• Minimum 5-10 years’ post-registration experience in home setting of which at least 2 years should have involved in management and administration duties
• Strong leadership with serving heart and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English

• Mainly work during daytime and working location at Haven of Hope Nursing Home








(3) Assistant Operations Manager (Ref: RSD/AOM)
• Assist senior management in managing and developing residential care services.
• Maintain a good financial, human and administrative management system according to the SQS in achieving the objectives of RSD
• Implement effective internal control system and risk management of service units
• Candidate should be a degree holder or above, preferably in business administration, health service or social service management
• Experience in business administration, social services or residential services is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ administrative and managerial experiences
• Excellent command of English and Chinese

(4) Assistant Project Manager - Facility Management (Ref : SSO/FM/APM)
Responsibilities
• Assist in management of major capital projects, from inception to completion. End-user management, design control, cost/cashflow management, program control, quality supervision, etc. are duties to be involved.
• Assist in leading and directing project teams composed of professional consultants and contractors.
• In charge of minor capital projects (costing below $5Mn) of alteration / maintenance nature.  Responsible for the implementation and discharge of projects to meet the specified requirements within the budget and time constraints.
• Carry out initial stage studies and prepare project proposals for consideration of senior management and funding bodies.
• Formulate and implement maintenance plans for existing buildings and facilities.
• Advise end-users on issues concerning works projects and facilities management.
• Carry out management and administration duties for the facilities management functions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, or other Building/Construction related discipline
• Member of HKIA/HKIS/HKIE or equivalent; or preparing to acquire the professional status
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in building projects or facility management
• Strong in leadership, problem solving, and communication
• Good command of written English and Chinese

(5) Advanced Practitioner (Nurse) (Ref : NH/APN)
• Degree in Nursing or Health Care, holder of valid certificate of registration and practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Board of Hong Kong
• To assist the Home Manager to enhance professional practice/development through clinical teaching/instruction
• To supervise Floor In Charge and monitor floor operations as well as nursing and personal care services
• Strong leadership with good interpersonal communication skills
• Minimum of 5 years’ post-registration experience in a Nursing Home or a Hospital Geriatric Unit
• Mainly work during daytime and working location at Haven of Hope Nursing Home

(6) Advanced Practitioner (Nurse) (Palliative Care or Gerontological Care) (Ref : SASHCC/APN)
• To support the ward operation and clinical care
• To assist the Nursing Officer or above in managing the nursing team and clinical operation as well as the development of nursing profession in Palliative and Gerontological care
• To assist in formulating nursing guidelines and accreditation system
• To develop Nursing standards, quality improvement/research study programs.
• To be responsible for clinical supervision and involved in management and administration duties
• Degree holder or above in Nursing is preferred, holder of valid certificate of registration and practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Board of Hong Kong,
• Minimum 5 years’ post-registration experience in a Nursing Home or a Hospital Geriatric/ Palliative Unit as Registered Nurse
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese and good communication skills
• Night shift is not essential









(7) Care Coordinator (Ref: PHS/DHCE/CC)
• Degree in Nursing or equivalent; holder of valid RN practicing certificate by NCHK; possesses 6 years or above of clinical experience as RN
• Experience in Risk Assessment Management Program (RAMP) or Public Private Partnership (PPP) Program preferable
• Assist the Senior Care Coordinator (SCC) to lead the nurse team
• To plan & conduct health promotion and primary prevention programs
• Act as a case manager of disease /complication screening, coordinate referrals to & from other medical and allied health disciplines
• Provide direct Nursing service, health assessment screening, health coaching, education and other at the Core Centre and Service Points
• To facilitate active engagement of service partners of the primary health care resource hub
• Proactive, mature and independent; possess good computer literacy








(8) Registered Horticultural Therapist (Ref : RSD/HCDACH/RHT)
• Registered Horticultural Therapist
• Registered Social Worker is preferred
• Possess practical skills and have passion for horticultural therapy (HT)
• Experience in working with service users with intellectual disabilities (ID) is preferred
• Work in shifts









(9) Marketing Officer / Marketing Assistant (Ref: SSO/CRD/MO/MA)
• University graduate with minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Marketing Communications – event and brand management
• Good writing skills in both Chinese and English
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, pleasant personality and self-driven
• Responsible for event management and E marketing
• Working experience in advertising agency will be an advantage

(11) Service Administration Officer (Ref : EHCCS/SAO)
• Holder of a recognized diploma and 5 subjects at Level 2 or above in HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics or equivalent
• Good command of English and Chinese. With strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Mature, good interpersonal skills, work independently and proactively with can-do-attitude
• Provide administrative, supports of the teams and be able to perform simple data analysis and statistical works
• Able to coach and to supervise clerical staff on day-to-day operational/corporate procedures
• At least 3 years’ experience in office administration and management

• To assist the Operations Manager in managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the hostel for persons of intellectual disability
• Responsible for hostel management and supervision of front-line staff

(14) Programmer (Ref: SSO/IT/P)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the requirements gathering, system analysis, design and development of the back office system as well as customer online platform and mobile applications;
• Provide technical solution in the enterprise architecture design and implement;
• Perform proof-of-concepts of technical solution;
• Prepare the technical specification and related documents;
• Ensure to follow the coding standard and best practices;
• Perform and ensure the quality of unit tests and system integration tests;
• Provide ongoing application maintenance and program refinement; and
• Support ad-hoc tasks on demand.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines;
• At least 1 years’ working experience in server-side, web services, cloud based and mobile applications development, maintenance and support;
• Hands-on programming skills in web development with PHP, Java, JavaScript, CSS,JSON,XML, programming frameworks including Drupal, WordPress;
• Knowledge and/or Experience of Database programming and both SQL/T-SQL and NoSQL (MS-SQL, MySQL);
• Experience in preparing system integration, data migration, and rollout plan, providing IT security requirements and issues;

(15) Accounts Assistant (Ref : SSO/F/ Accounts Assistant)
The appointee will be responsible for supporting the team to prepare full set of accounts and implement effective financial controls procedures, including:
• preparing payment, receipt and journal vouchers
• preparing bank reconciliation, schedules and breakdown of financial information
• issuing donation receipt and related matters
• establishing and nourishing service partnering relationship with service units.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Accountancy/ LCCI Level 3 or above, with 5 subjects pass in HKCEE/HKDSE with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience;
