Responsibilities:

  • To render executive support to the management team of the Nursing Home
  • To execute financial management, facilities management, insurance, home licenses and procurement coordination
  • To monitor and implement Service Performance Monitoring System (SPMS) and Service Quality Standard (SQSs)
  • To supervise clerical team to deliver administrative and clerical support to the management team of the Nursing Home and multi-disciplinary teams

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Report functionally to the Audit Committee and administratively to the CEO to assist the senior management team in risk management, to perform comprehensive audits with emphasis on financial and operational reviews, to evaluate and report on the soundness and adequacy of risk management procedures and internal controls in line with the corporate policies, and to recommend improvements so as to ensure that the resources and assets of the organization are efficiently and effectively utilized and safeguarded.
  • Develop, prepare and implement audit methodologies, work plans (including risk analysis) and audit programs.
  • Liaise extensively with services units and operational staff in developing and implementing internal controls, policies and procedures.

  • Diploma or above in Accountancy, with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience;

(14) System Engineer (Ref: SSO/IT/SE)
Responsibilities:

  • Completion of IT operational tasks (daily/ weekly/ monthly/ yearly) by providing reliable IT services and systems contribution to business continuity.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure including 70 VM servers, 50 VPNs, server configuration, reporting and incident resolution.
  • Lead and supervise a small helpdesk team for helpdesk and deskside service support according to SLAs.
  • Perform installation, administration, maintenance and operation of various servers and networking, system monitoring and system upgrade.
  • Ensure that all systems are fully backed-up and resilient and that data is stored securely in line with IT security requirements.
  • Occasional on-site hardware and software installation/support for branch Service Units.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years working experience in computing field.
  • Strong knowledge in VMware, Veeam backup, MS Windows Server, Firewall, Network Security, Active Directory, VPN and networking.
  • Hands on experience with Azure Cloud and Office 365.

Responsibilities:

  • 中五程度、略懂操作電腦、具有關工作經驗者更佳
  • 負責診所登記、發藥及協助醫生/牙醫進行檢查治療等
  • 有機會派駐中醫、西醫或牙科服務工作
  • 將軍澳工作
  • 每星期工作45小時

 

 

(31) 行政助理 (編號 : PHS(CS)/AA)

  • 香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考五科考獲第2級/達標或以上(包括中、英、數)
  • 懂中、英文打字及熟識Word/Excel電腦軟件的使用
  • 負責一般文書處理、與政府部門接洽並能獨立處理各類大小項目
  • 協助執行部門政策、辦公室行政事務等工作
  • 能獨立處事、面對壓力、有耐心、有效同時安排各項工作緩急次序
  • 具備一般會計知識或經驗者優先考慮

 

 

(32) 文員 (編號 : CSE II/Clerk)

  • 中四程度,懂中英打字、能操作基本電腦軟件
  • 具良好溝通技巧、具耐心及愛心
  • 負責長者服務的文書及物資處理、小額雜費紀錄、接待聯絡、協助舉辦活動和一般行政工作等

 

 

(33) 全職/兼職健康服務員/高級健康服務員
屬保健員職系,曾修讀保健員統一訓練課程並已註冊成為保健員,至少具一年或以上保健員工作經驗,須輪班,工作地點於將軍澳區。歡迎經驗較少或剛考取保健員牌照者申請為健康服務員,並獲提供在職培訓

  • (編號 : RSE II/SHSW) 負責為院舍內長者提供護理服務
  • 協助護士推行護理工作,如傷口換症、鼻胃管餵飼及處理外用藥物的跟進
  • 工作地點 : 坑口靈實胡平頤養院
  • (編號 : RSD/SHSW) 必須曾修讀殘疾人士院舍保健員課程,負責為智障人士提供護理服務,可選輪班或長夜
  • (編號 : RSE I/SHSW) 協助護士推行護理工作,如傷口換症、鼻胃管餵飼及處理外用藥物的跟進
  • 在護士督導下,從旁協助護士餵院友服食藥物
  • 協助感染控制,五常法及環境安全統籌, 安排儀器維修
  • 為前線照顧新同工,提供臨床護理照顧培訓
  • 工作地點 : 靈實護養院(鄰近靈實醫院)

 

 

(34) 護理助理員  (編號 : SASHCC/NA)  

  • 曾修讀保健員訓練課程,並已註冊成為保健員
  • 對護理行業有熱誠、愛心及寧養服務有心志者更為合適
  • 服務體弱長者、長期病患者及晚期癌症病人
  • 與護士團隊並肩提供護理服務,需輪班服務
  • 經驗較少者可申請為初級護理助理員

 

 

(35) 助理復康服務員 (編號 : CSE II/TLDE/ARSW)

  • 中三或以上程度
  • 協助治療師為長者進行復康工作和活動 (取錄後會有適當培訓)
  • 協助文書處理,懂電腦
  • 持有相關職業治療或物理治療助理證書更佳

 

 

(36) 健康服務員
完成小六課程,富熱誠、具耐心及愛心;曾受相關訓練及工作經驗優先考慮 ,須輪班工作,歡迎申請半職、兼職或長夜工作。

  • (編號:SASHCC/HSW) 負責服務體弱長者、晚期癌症及其他長期病患者的日常護理照顧工作
  • (編號 : RSE I & II/HSW) 負責照顧院舍體弱長者日常起居生活,包括沐浴、如廁及陪診等
  •  (編號 : RSD/CASD/HSW) 有意服務智障及或肢體傷殘人士日常護理照顧工作,包括沐浴、如廁及陪診等
  • (編號 : CSE II/HSW) 有意服務長者護理中心或家居之長者及/長期病患者的日常護理照顧工作,包括沐浴、復康訓練、如廁、送飯、陪伴、家居清潔及陪診等,工作地點:西貢、將軍澳及東九龍;無須輪夜班
  • (編號 : TC/HKEDE/HKWDE/HSW) 於長者日間中心或上門長者家居工作,有機會到長者院舍執勤 ; 日間工作,無須輪夜班,中心地點 : 西環/筲箕灣;家居工作地點 : 可商議

 

 

(37) 兼職服務助理 (編號 : CSE II/PT-SA)

  • 小學或以上程度,能閱讀中文,有志投身護理行業,富熱誠、具耐心及愛心
  • 服務家居/日間中心之長者的日常護理照顧工作,包括:送飯、家居/長者中心清潔(不需提供個人護理照顧)。
  • 工作地點 : 觀塘或黃大仙

 

 

(38) 技工 (編號 : SASHCC/A) 

  • 須持有(電牌A) ,另備(中工)、(大工)及水喉工證書則更佳
  • 具簡單泥水工作,如油漆、批灰等的基本技能者優先考慮
  • 負責一般水電維修及木工,包括冷氣、水喉、渠務、電掣櫃等,並保持一般機電良好運作
  • 處理一切緊急及定期維修/跟進事宜
  • 有院舍工作經驗更佳

 

 

(39) 司機 (編號 : RSD/D)

  • 持有效駕駛執照(可駕駛車輛類別:1,2,4,9及10)
  • 能明瞭簡單中,英文;富熱誠,具耐心及愛心;懂維修及具有關經驗更佳
  • 負責駕駛車輛、運送及搬運文件物資、打理車輛內外整潔、簡單維修工作、接送長者/智障人士到有關活動場地
  • 工作地點:將軍澳、東九龍區
  • 歡迎申請兼職或替假

 

 

(40) 司機 (編號: CRS II/IVRSC/D)

  • 持有效駕駛執照 (可駕駛車輛類別:1,2,4,9或10)
  • 能明瞭簡單中、英文;富熱誠,具耐心及愛心;懂維修及具有關經驗更佳
  • 負責駕駛車輛、運送及搬運文件物資、打理車輛內外整潔、簡單維修工作、帶領學員接受工作訓練及進行復康活動
  • 工作地點 : 彩雲

 

 

(41) 全職/兼職支援服務助理 (編號:SASHCC/GSA/PT-GSA)

  • 小學或以上程度
  • 負責院內之日常清潔事務,運輸事務,以及處理一些簡單維修及環境優化事項
  • 只須上下班輪值,毋須夜班

 

 

(42) 支援服務助理 (編號:RSE I/GSA)

  • 小學或以上程度
  • 負責院內一般清潔工作或專責洗衣房工作,只須上下班輪值,毋須輪夜班
  • 工作地點 : 靈實護養院

 

 

(43) 支援服務助理 (編號:RSE II/GSA)

  • 小學或以上程度
  • 負責院內一般清潔工作  ,只須上下班輪值,毋須夜班,輪休
  • 工作地點 : 坑口靈實胡平頤養院

 

 

(44) 支援服務助理 (編號:CSE II/YMDE/GSA)

  • 小學或以上程度
  • 負責護理中心內之日常清潔事務,簡單衣物修補,外勤,購物及預備簡單早餐及茶點
  • 將軍澳區工作,毋須夜班

 

 

(45) 支援服務助理 (編號 : CRS II/CASD/GSA)

  • 小學或以上程度
  • 負責協助中心廚務工作、一般清潔、雜務及外勤等
  • 只須上下班輪值(毋須夜班),將軍澳區工作鄰近坑口港鐵站

 

 

(46) 助理廚師 (編號 : RSE I/AC)

  •  負責協助院舍廚師,進行食物烹調的處理及廚房清潔
  •  工作地點 : 靈實護養院
